SiteMitra was born out of a real frustration: skilled CCTV technicians in India had no professional platform to showcase their availability and build a work history — and System Integrators had no efficient way to find verified field talent on demand.
We built SiteMitra to bridge this gap. It is free, lightweight, and designed specifically for the security and surveillance installation industry in India.
SiteMitra is a product of Jenix, a technology company building specialised software for India's IoT, security, and field service sectors.
By downloading, installing, or using the SiteMitra mobile application or website ("Platform", "App", "Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
SiteMitra is a free field-service discovery platform developed by Jenix. It connects CCTV and security system field technicians ("Technicians") with System Integrators, contractors, and dealers ("SIs") across India. The Platform facilitates discovery, assignment, status tracking, and reputation management for field site work. SiteMitra does not process payments, guarantee work quality, or act as an employer.
SiteMitra uses Google Sign-In as its sole authentication method. No passwords are created or stored on our servers. You may register as a Technician, a System Integrator (SI), or both. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent any platform restriction or re-register after being blocked for a violation.
SiteMitra provides the following services at no charge:
All financial arrangements between SIs and Technicians — including visit charges, material costs, and payment mode — are agreed directly between the parties. SiteMitra is not a party to any such agreement and bears no liability for payment defaults or disputes.

The Platform technically prevents any user from assigning site work to themselves. A user registered as both a Technician and an SI may not use their SI account to create work for their own Technician account.
A Technician may upload one proof photo per site work upon marking work as completed. This photo:
Technician GPS location is collected only when the Technician actively sets their availability status to "Available Now", "Available Today", or "Available Tomorrow". Location is:
Trust scores are calculated based on completed work, unique SIs worked with, repeat engagements, ratings, and negative signals such as no-shows or cancellations after acceptance. Ratings submitted by SIs must be honest and reflect genuine work experience. Submission of false ratings is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
The SiteMitra name, logo, design, and platform architecture are the intellectual property of Jenix. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for its intended purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Platform without the prior written consent of Jenix.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. Jenix does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained through the Platform will be accurate or reliable. Jenix is not responsible for the conduct, skills, identity, or reliability of any user.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jenix and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
Jenix reserves the right to suspend or permanently block any account that violates these Terms, provides false information, or acts in a manner harmful to other users or the Platform. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting support@iotsoft.com. Upon verified deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days.
Jenix may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

SiteMitra is intended for professionals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from users under 18 years of age. If we become aware that a user is under 18, their account will be deleted promptly. If you believe a minor has used the Platform, please notify us immediately at privacy@iotsoft.com.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Google Play Store). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. Material changes will be communicated through the App. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
